At Oliwier’s Bulbs, we are a small family-run business and we take great care in selecting, packing and dispatching high-quality flower bulbs. Your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.


🌷 30-Day Returns Policy

In line with UK consumer regulations, you have the right to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is any issue with your purchase.

🌱 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your bulbs arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Rotten or mouldy
  • Incorrect
  • Not as described

Please contact us within 30 days and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the bulbs

After reviewing the issue, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (free of charge), or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

As a small family business, we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns directly.


📦 Change of Mind (Unwanted Items)

If you change your mind, you may return unused bulbs within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Bulbs must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed once the items are received and inspected

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of bulbs that have been planted.


🌼 Nature of the Product

Flower bulbs are natural, living products. Minor variations in size, shape or outer skin appearance may occur and do not affect quality or flowering performance.

Growing results may vary depending on planting conditions, soil quality, weather and care. If you have any concerns, we are always happy to offer advice and support.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of confirmation.
